Magnetic Linear Encoders.

MLC 310 Linear Scale

MLC 310 magnetic linear encoder systems measure non-contactly and gives the output signal as an incremental encoder
pulse.
They are not affected by external factors due to its compact design. MLC 310 sensor is housed along the aluminum
profile. Extra protection from dust, dirt and chips is provided by having a double seal protection system. It is the ideal
solution for machining environments. It can be produced up to a measuring length of 20.000 mm.

They are not affected by external factors due to its slim and compact design. MLC 320 sensor is housed along the
aluminum profile. Extra protection from dust, dirt and chips is provided by having a seal protection system. It is the ideal
solution for machining environments. It can be produced up to a measuring length of 20.000 mm.

MLC 330 Linear Scale

MLC 330 magnetic linear encoder systems measure non-contactly and gives the output signal as an incremental encoder
pulse.
They are not affected by external factors due to its compact design. The MLC 330 sensor is housed along the aluminum
profile. The fact that it has a sealed protection system provides extra protection from dust, dirt and chips. It is the ideal
solution for machining environments. It can be produced up to a measuring length of 20.000 mm.

MLC 410 Series Press Brake Linear Encoder

The MLC 410 system measures without contact and the incremental encoder gives the output signal as a pulse.
The MLC 410 series is equipped with 4 roller bearings against counter vibrations, specially designed especially for press
brakes. Due to excellent bearing, it is possible to prevent any mistakes that may occur during vibration measurement.

MLC 420 Series Press Brake Linear Encoder

For measurements up to 2000 mm, it can be used to achieve the best performance in high speed and vibrating
environments. Mounting points and designs reduce the most mistakes that can occur due to temperature changes.
Special measures have been taken against the vibrations caused by the machine on the other side. Thanks to its
ergonomic design, the cable output does not interfere with the ruler and works in perfect stability.
The direction of the ruler can be easily changed by the user.

MLS 110 Series Magnetic Reader Sensor

MLS 120 / 121 Series Magnetic Reader Sensor

ML 12X series sensor sensors can be used with magnetic stripe tape as well as PS1 profile system and PS2 profile
system.

MLS 130 Series Magnetic Reader Sensor

MLS130 series sensors can be used with magnetic stripe tape as well as PS1 profile system and PS2 profile system. It
moves position 0,1 - 2 mm without touching the magnetic band and reads the position information precisely and
sends it as encoder pulse. The MLS 130 magnetic reader sensors can be installed in even the smallest areas due to
very small dimensions.

MLS 210 Series Magnetic Reader Sensor

MLS 210 series reader sensors can be used with all magnetic tape and profile systems but we suggest you
with PS1 profile system or PS3 profile system for the best harmony. The reader sensor glides contactless
over the profile with gap up to 0,1 – 2 mm. MLS 210 reader sensors have models with scraper or without
scraper.

MLG 112 Series Linear Gauge

MLG 112 series linear gauges of the are used for the measurement of various dimensions, displacements and travel distances. It reads position information sensitively and sends it as encoder pulse.

Inductive Linear Sensors

ILT-10 Series Inductive Linear Position Sensors

The working principle of ILT-10 series inductive linear position sensors depends on the RLC coupling between
the positioning element and the sensor. An output signal is provided according to the position of the positioning
element. Thanks to the touchless working principle, they are long-lasting since there are no factors such as wear
and tear.

Linear Position Transducers

LTM Series

The LTM Series, which is easy to use and install, is the most
used model of the industry. It is used to measure linear
movements with one-sided actuating rod.

LTP Series

The most important feature of the LTP series position sensors
is that they are articulated on both sides. Thanks to the joints,
they are capable of angular movement up to max. 30 ° during
mounting and operation.

LTC Series

The most important feature of the LTC series position sensors is
that they are articulated on both sides. Thanks to the joints, they
are capable of angular movement up to max. 30 ° during
mounting and operation. In these models, the socket is 90° to the
body.

LTK Series

The most important feature of LTK series position sensors is that
they have a rodless and sliding system. They take measurement
by movement of the sled along the profile. This provides the body
to be shorter and allows up to 1500 mm stroke length.

LT Series

The most important feature of LT Series position sensors is that they are used in confined spaces due to their small size.
They work as ABSOLUTE because they are measuring with the potentiometric principle, that is, they do not lose their position in
case of power off. Potentiometric, 4-20 mA (optional 0-20 mA) or 0-10V analog output options are available.
Because of their linearized conductive plastic resistance alloy and special contacts, they are not affected by wear and operate
for a long time with a life cycle of up to 100 million. They are stable by being linear and they measure evenly.

LTR Series

The most important feature of the LTR Series position sensors is the push-back spring.
They work as ABSOLUTE because they are measuring with the potentiometric principle, that is, they do not lose their position in case
of power off. Potentiometric, 4-20 mA (optional 0-20 mA) or 0-10V analog output options are available.

LF Series

On the LF series position transducers, the movable shaft does not protrude from the rear of the transducer. In this way, it can be
easily installed in confined spaces.
They work as ABSOLUTE because they are measuring with the potentiometric principle, that is, they do not lose their position in
case of power off. Potentiometric, 4-20 mA (optional 0-20 mA) or 0-10V analog output options are available.

LFR Series

LFR series is the industry proven system on both actuator shaft and spring. There are 2 types, which are mounting from the body and
mounting with a nut from the front.
They work as ABSOLUTE because they are measuring with the potentiometric principle, that is, they do not lose their position in case
of power off. Potentiometric, 4-20 mA (optional 0-20 mA) or 0-10V analog output options are available.

LFM Series

LFR series is the industry proven system on both actuator shaft and spring. There are 2 types, which are mounting from the body and
mounting with a nut from the front.
They work as ABSOLUTE because they are measuring with the potentiometric principle, that is, they do not lose their position in case
of power off. Potentiometric, 4-20 mA (optional 0-20 mA) or 0-10V analog output options are available.
