Microtex Corporation Receives CPCB Registration Certificate as Importer under Plastic Waste Management Rules

Microtex Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been officially granted a Registration Certificate for Importer by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.

This registration has been issued under Rule 13(2) of the Plastic Waste Management (PWM) Rules, 2016 (as amended), reaffirming Microtex Corporation’s commitment to regulatory compliance and environmentally responsible business practices.

The certification authorizes Microtex Corporation to operate as a registered importer while fulfilling its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for plastic waste generated due to plastic packaging introduced into the Indian market.
