OVERVIEW

The JUMO MIDAS Pressure Transmitter is utilized for measuring the relative (gauge) pressure in both liquids and gases. It employs a thick-film strain gauge as the measuring device, with an aluminium-oxide (Al2O3) ceramic base material. The pressure experienced is converted into an electrical signal, providing accurate pressure measurements.

  • Hysteresis: Less than 0.2% of full scale.
  • Repeatability: Equal to or less than 0.1% of full scale.
  • Response Time: Maximum of 3 milliseconds.
  • Stability per Year: Less than 1% of full scale.
  • Storage Temperature: Ranges from -40 to 125 degrees Celsius for the version with an attached cable, and from -20 to 100 degrees Celsius.
  • Permissible Temperature of Medium: Ranges from -30 to 125 degrees Celsius.
  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Complies with EN 61 326 standards.
  • Mechanical Shock: Withstands up to 100 g/1 msec, according to IEC 68-2-27 standards.
  • Mechanical Vibration: Maximum of 20 g at 15-2000 Hz, as per IEC 68-2-6 standards.
