• Maximum Output Current: 33 A (for 10 seconds).​

• Input Voltage: DC link voltage of 650 VDC, with a shut-off threshold at 850 VDC.

• Protective and Monitoring Functions: Includes motor over-current, short-circuit, short-to-ground, excess temperature of heat sink and motor, and current overload after I²t.​

• Operating Temperature: Maximum cold plate or ambient temperature of 40°C.​
